You’ll play a key role in helping our global team understand what works, what inspires, and where we can improve through clear reporting, structured tracking systems, and meaningful data storytelling.

THE INTERNSHIP

This position offers a mix of data analysis, digital reporting, and strategic insight within a global environmental organisation. You’ll work closely with the communications and fundraising teams and contribute to projects spanning all FEE programmes.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyse data from websites, newsletters, and social media to uncover trends and actionable insights.

  • Streamline reporting systems and dashboards to help management track key metrics across global programmes.

  • Evaluate content performance to identify what engages audiences most effectively.

  • Support data collection and organisation across multiple projects.

  • Create engaging data visualisations using Canva  and other tools to communicate findings clearly and creatively.

Personal and professional skills and qualifications:

  • Solid experience using Google Analytics, Excel, social media insights, or similar tools.

  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented—someone who loves turning messy data into clarity.

  • Digitally confident and eager to optimise systems.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

  • Has an interest in environmental sustainability and purpose-driven work.

  • Team-oriented and supportive, with the ability to work independently.

  • Bonus points for writing or content skills, but they’re not required.

Why join us?

At FEE, you’ll be part of a global team committed to addressing some of today’s biggest environmental challenges. In this role you will get hands-on data and research experience in working for a respected international NGO that values its people and mission. We value equality, diversity and inclusion in our workplace and encourage all applicants with a matching profile to apply.

We offer flexible working hours and a balanced setup with both remote and in-office work. We are a small but mighty team of 25 people in a lovely open office by Sydhavn’s new canal district with plenty of opportunities for summer canal swimming and social activities by the water. Our Social Club organises regular events that have included kayaking in the canals, pub-hopping, board game evenings, to name a few. We also have impromptu Friday bars and have just established our very own Wine & Knit club!

Join us and make a meaningful impact!
