Global Forest Fund

The Global Forest Fund was created by the Foundation for Environmental Education to support both environmental education and tree planting efforts worldwide, with the aim of ensuring long-term, sustainable actions that help us mitigate and adapt to the effects of climate change.

Using our unique carbon emissions calculator, individuals and companies can calculate their carbon emissions from travel and offset these by donating to the Global Forest Fund. Money raised is used to support tree-planting and educational projects led by our members in countries around the world. Only 10% of the money raised goes into the administrative work that we do, while the rest is used to make the biggest impact possible by reducing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere in the short-term while educating a generation to be more sustainable in the long-term.
